What is the best Wordpress plugin that allows me to [1] upload photographies to my blog, [2] adds a watermark to the uploaded photo(s), and [3] gives me 2 resized versions (thumbnail & large) with dimensions that I can configure?
1 and 2 can be easily solved by this plugin:

I dont think 3 can be automatically done, but with the help of this plugin it is possible
