How to loging to WordPress.org when you remove the meta widget?

Hia, I've recently installed WordPress.org onto a private domain, and being used to WordPress.com I mistakenly removed the meta widget, with the site admin features, now I'm not able to login or to edit my site.

Can anyone help?

http://www.YourPrivateDomain/wp-login.php
