What CMS should i use?!?

I've already tested many CMS:
joomla! Movable Type, Wordpress, e107, datalife, drupal, phpnukeand many others...
basically I need to build a web site to put newest IT softwares, news, topics and.... on it, a sidebar on which i can make these titles categorized (title and subtitles).
the more accessibility the better ! (comments, votes, polls, popularity of the script for themes and plugins) i don't need forums or communities...
i want something like: www.ir-tci.org (this is movable type and is in Farsi but @ least u can see what am i looking for)
suggest me something please?
Nowdays the most popular Blog CMS is the Wordpress, there are a lot of themes around the internet, lot of plugins and scripts. The drupal engine is good for making portalst, it's well developed and designed too, like the wordpress. in my opinion the php nuke is a good portal CMS, but not good enough as e107.
I think the best choice for you is the Wordpress, it knows everything you need like "comments, votes, polls, popularity of the script for themes and plugins" and etc.
